is it illegal to make a store web page?

i have a Ebay account where i sell many of my used/new clothes, shoes, hats & jackets. Iv been selling for 4 years now....Anyways i wanted to expand my business and make instagram, twitter, & facebook pages to help me sell them to other people. Is that illegal? because the stuff i sell are jordans, true religions, and northface jackets they are all real too. We get the from storage auctions and sell them online for cheap. Anyways is it illegal to make a webpage and give my business a random name like "the clothes shop" ? do i need to have a lisences to do this?

Not sure about instagram, but it's perfectly legal to sell on Twitter and facebook. People do it all the time. As long as the clothes aren't knockoffs, you'll be fnie.

Only if you misrepresent your products as new, misrepresent fake products as real ones, or don't pay your taxes.

Claiming anything is new when you bought it at a storage auction is a bald faced lie.

It's perfectly legal to create a business page on Facebook and to use social media to sell your items just as long as you aren't misrepresenting what you're selling. You can also create an ecommerce website pretty easily using WordPress and then use Shopify (http://www.soldsie.com) to help to sell on Facebook as it lets you do the processing within the site.
