i want to get more fans. will it charge for making an ad, or making a like box? how to make a like box? in india how much it cost by facebook to make an ad? how to pay ?

Yes, Facebook Ads is the best & most genuine source.

To make an Ad , it costs. But you can fix up your budget. I had set it upto 10$. I got some 110 likes from my first campaign. You can pay by Paypal or credit card.

Making a "Like BOX" -where ? on your blog/site ?

It is an app on Facebook. Free.
