Girls: would this be weird?

There's this girl I've been wanting to talk to, I found out about her from my friend who said he used to talk to her when he was going out with his ex girlfriend. (whom I got together, thank you very much! ) Anyway, my friend told me to add her on Facebook, so I did, she doesn't know me and I don't know her, but she hasn't accepted in over 2 weeks and I know she's been on atleast once and updated her cover photo, this doesn't bother me because I learned that she doesn't use Facebook much and is more of a twitter girl.

Problem is, my twitter account sucks, I started it up a long time ago but didn't do anything with it, so it's still that stupid picture of an egg and has no followers and no following..s? Since my friend seems too embarrassed to follow her on twitter considering he uses that a lot, I've decided to do something about it and follow her on it. But as said, I have no followers or people I'm following.

So it made me wonder, would it be weird if a girl knew some guy had added her on Facebook, and then added her on twitter shortly afterwards and had just followed a few people? Would that seem a bit creepy at all? I can't help but feel so to be honest..

Also as an extra, what could I talk about if I do talk to her? I'm not a very good talker since I have schizotypal personality disorder which makes me find it hard to socialise properly but I haven't had too much problem with it before, I have a idea of what to say and I'm sure I'll do a good job of getting a conversation going, but I can't help but fear I won't be able to keep conversation going which is something I do have difficulty doing a lot, I usually just tell a few jokes, flirt and compliment if I'm talking to a girl too but I can't be 100% 100% of the time. I do like to think of myself as a funny guy, I mean just today I was in a shop standing their with my Xmas jumper on and some girl started laughing at me saying she loves my jumper. I would of approached her but I was out shopping with a friend and he was ready to go, and she was with her mother and I couldn't really be bothered to be honest.

P.S. I don't have any confidence issues, atleast ones I know of!

Yes, it would be creepy. Maybe not creepy creepy. But it would raise curiosity as to who the hell you are and how you even found me. But...

One: Your Facebook and Twitter accounts shouldn't (and hardly ever do) reflect your actual social life. Social Media/Social Life= two completely different things. So what if you don't have any followers?

Two: I'm sorry about your disorder... Rise above it. Seems like you don't have too many issues like you said. So, if that's the case, then ask your friend when the next event is going on that she will be at. Go to it and have him introduce her to you.

Three: Don't, for the love of God and everything he created, go out in an Xmas jumper.

P.S.: for the above statement, I actually have seen some nice ones. Just as long as it doesn't have a huge penguin or cat on the front. Or little jingle bells sewn on.
