Did facebook automatically set my timeline?

I didn't press any links, I wasn't even on facebook for 4 straight hours and then I come back on to find I have timeline. No one knows my password, so they could've hacked it. I just wanna know whats going on and did anybody else have this problem. Because truthfully I don't even want timeline

Yes they did. They are making everyone switch to timeline on August 22, 2012 and there isn't anything we can do about it unless we all delete our Facebook profiles to make a point.

This happened to me too, I was like what the fu..... I actually liked the old Facebook format but I think they want everyone to go to timeline.

They did same with mine...
And personally i felt the previous facebook better...but sadly...mine is also switched to timeline

Yes, Facebook automatically changed your profile to the Timeline. Apparently it's more "organized" and has a better "layout". I don't like it, but I got used to it. The first time it came out, I did it. I hated it for a week, but then I didn't care after. Everyone will eventually switch over. Forced or by choice, either way. it's pretty nice once you get the hang of it. There's a place for everything and everything's in it's place, kind of like my bedroom (; Haha. But forreal, you'll enjoy it once you get the hang of it.
