Is it possible to use a hashtag more than once on Instagram?

For example, I used the hashtag #bored, then after a little while I deleted the hashtag and commented #bored again. But once I tapped the hashtag I didn't see my photo. Does this mean in order for it to appear, you have to reupload the image and then add the hashtag?

They are so general, so you can put it on most of your photos. You can prepare more than 30 Hashtags.

Copy and Paste then Save Hashtags in Notes

You can Copy and Paste the Notes by touching the texts up to 3 seconds, the menu will come out, and you can select the Hashtag to copy.
