i am logged on through a facebook app on my ipod, but i changed my password through my phone, i lost my ipod, so when the page on the app refreshes will it completely log out of the app i have on my ipod?

I'm not sure if it will log you out but deactivating it will log you out. You can just reactivate it after.

Like most online services Facebook does have a password reset tool to reset your password. By visiting the below link you can reset your password by using either your e-mail address or password.
