It depends...
If it is so bad it is distracting and annoying it makes sense
If your college was just doing a joke on one occasion its mean
Be careful you don't want to lose your friends.
Its not mature if its a threat but makes sense if its repetitive and hurtful.

I have been battling with a similar problem. I know I would think it was immature to unfriend but when you are in the situation, one wishes they would just disap9ear from your life. However, beung the higger better person is of utmost importance. You need to ignore them but keep them there without allowing them to have any more reason for them to talk about you. Goodluck in this deciosion. Its mature not to, andnimmature to unfriend.

Of course not...
But some times you should listen to your heart also..
Ask your heart twice , If it allows you to do so..then you should better unfriend him/her.

Depends on the behaviour. If you feel you should put distance between the two of you for the sake of selfpreservation, sure, go ahead. Check your own motives before you act. "Why do I ... ?" is a good place to start. You have to live with you 24/7. So, be nice to yourself, OK? :-)

Why not? Maybe that is not the kind of person you want in your life or maybe that person has just showed you a sight that you really dont like or offended you.
It your fb, you can do what you like.

If you're not interested in being friends with someone on facebook, it's your personal business. It's not immature to feel like unfriending someone.
