It seems you have subscribed to Mail Plus..

Here’s how:

1. Click your username in "Hi, username at the top of your Mail page.
2. Please provide your password.
3. In the first section of the page that opens, click Manage My Premium Services.
4. In the “Service” column, locate “ Yahoo! Mail Plus”. Along the same line, in the column on the far right – “Action” –click View Service Details.
5. Now, above the “Service Summary” box, in the upper-right area of the page, click Cancel Service.
6. We’re sorry to see you go! In fact, that’s exactly what we tell you on the page that opens. We also leave you a space to supply us with a comment or two. We'd like to learn from your experience and find out why you're canceling. Afterward, click Continue to Cancel.

Here’s what happens when you cancel:

* Service is terminated immediately upon cancellation request, and a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service is issued upon cancellation.
* Your Yahoo! Mail account reverts to the free Mail storage size and other free features.

If you cancel your Mail Plus, your account turns into a free Yahoo! Mail account that you can continue to use…minus the Mail Plus features.

If the above does not work ...
call 1-866-562-7228.; They are open from: 6AM - 7PM (Mon - Sat) PST

The fact that you have Mail Plus should have no bearing on the ability to receive emails.

One of the reasons you would not receive them is because they are being spammed...Check your spam folder and if you find them in there open them up and click on NOT SPAM...Once done this email and any subsequent emails will go

to your INBOX.
