Text the letter "F" to "32665"; you will receive a text message from Facebook with a unique confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code on Facebook, then click "Next." You'll be taken to your personal Facebook Mobile Web page. Locate your personal Facebook email address located on the left side of the screen; this is the email address you text from your cellphone to post pictures and status updates to your Facebook account. Memorize the email address or add it to your cellphone's contact list.

Navigate to the mobile photo on your cellphone. Choose to send the photo as an MMS message. Enter your personal Facebook email into the "Send To:" field, then press "Send." Wait for confirmation on your cellphone that the MMS was successfully sent.

Open Facebook on your computer's browser and click "Profile." Click the mobile photo; it should be visible on your Wall. Select "Make Profile Picture" in the lower-left corner menu of the photo screen. Drag the guidelines that appear over the part of the photo you want to use, then click "Done Cropping." The mobile photo will be set as your profile picture.
