if i visit a facebook group or official page will it post on my wall?

Like if i Visit a page called minecraft will it post?

If you visit a group / page , it won't show up unless:
If you like the page it will not post on your will , but recently facebook added a new feature "see what your friends are up to." , so it's above your chat bar.. It will show up as .. ______ liked Minecraft just that
If you join a group it still won't show up on your wall and the "see what you're friends are up too" feauture above the chat bar
