how to change Facebook privacy settings?

At first when i started fb i choosed only friends option for my photos and other things but now i have my own page and when share something on my page a discription comes that "this post is only showned to your friends who liked your page the same problem happens when share something to a group plzzz help
but there is no public option in the settings plzz tell me how to change it
