How do I get my instagram account back??

I literally love this thing it's all I do daily, and I figured out
To get like to do spam for spam..... And then my accoutn logged me out and I can't get back in... I'm like crying now!!! I didn't know I would get in trouble for liking pics until now. It didn't say I got reported or anything it just said they changed my password to secure my account, only the didn't tell me my new pass
