How to get to know him? It would be weird to facebook friend this guy..?

I went to a bar and the bartender was cute. We had a normal customer /employer conversation. I didn't get his name or anything. Later on I did a very stalker thing and went onto the bar website and looked up his name.. I know I can't friend him on fb because it would look weird considering he never gave me his name. How go I get to know him? Im not great at conversations.. I get shy and feel I'm not good enough.

Honestly I am a guy and I would advice u not to contact him via facebook. Doing so would not make u feminine instead it would suggest that u are very desperate for him. It is better for u to wait til he visits the area you work again then you could give him your number. If you want to be loved, cherished and respected by a guy pls baby do not do it the way u suggested. If u had met him on a dating website then I would had told u otherwise but pls not on fb after you seen him at you workin place. If a guy does that to you how would u think of him? Some guys do that but some girls would ignore them or reply but don't take them seriously. Try to protect your image and don't let you heart take over because if u do he might just sleep you u a few times a bail out on you disrespecting u.
