Personally I can't exactly tell, as your vocals are so electronically tuned and fitted. Try an accoustic version and we can see where you go.

You have a nice, rich voice, Paul, but I can't decide whether it's "the" voice or not. I'll agree with the other answerer that your autotuning gets in the way of judging your voice, particularly the annoying little drag at the end of your phrases. You probably should post an acoustic version.

It would be nice if you had an acapella version, so we can see what your voice sounds like alone.

Otherwise, you have a wonderful voice!! I hate Justin Beiber songs, so I've never heard that song. I heard yours. Then I heard JB's. I'd have to say your voice is more pure (at least the one I heard on the video).
