How come my friends can't click on my profile picture on my facebook timeline?

My friends on facebook are not able to click on my profile picture. On my timeline, they can click on my cover photo, but not the tiny box for my profile picture. They can reach it from my albums, but I want to know how to change it.

You probably have your profile pictures hidden. Usually if your on a computer you can go to edit album and change it to where friends only can view it.
