Need help with info on starting my new company?

please help me with any ideas that could make this better and also i need help with the following next topics regarding the start up of my co.
Technology/Cost
Intellectual Property Portfolio
Product Differentiation Strategies
Price Discrimination Strategies
Switching Costs/Lock-in



So I need new ideas on how I can differentiate my co, from existing market research companies like Nielson, Kantar, IMS health, and Ipsos. My strategy was going to be a website called "ratemycommercial" that pays general public to rate commercials they see on T.V.
- profit is made by companies paying website even more than what website pays general public
for the information that the website provides

Our company will be different from the competition in that we will incorporate:
1) allowing users to make their own commercials (that improve upon commercials they have already seen)
post them online, and then get rated. If a user's commercial gets rated the highest, then they will win a prize
(either of monetary value or the product itself)
2) Users are encouraged to sign up to and use web-site because they are occasionally given products of the commercials
they rate, to also give them better ideas for future commercials for the products
3) integration with facebook/twitter/social media and perhaps include an iphone/android app in the plan for the future
