Facebook Friends (Poll for fun/interest)?

Have you ever wondered why a friend from the past is a friend on Facebook even though you don't really talk to them any more?

What is the point of "staying in contact with friends" if you don't REALLY do it?

No. Because Facebook friends for most people aren't actually friends. I do, however, wonder why I don't delete the annoying people that feel the need to post dramatic, obnoxious, hypocrytical status eighteen times an hour.

I have about 603 friends so I'm pretty guilty of this... but i always try to talk to people i haven't talked to in a long time.. facebook just gives a means to do so.. but it also makes it possible to ignore old friends, or to stay shy. Facebook is a great tool. Some people just don't fully use it.
