Why aren't facebook messages working?

Okay so my boyfriend said he sent me loads of messages on facebook but I'm not replying to them, so I was confused and went on and I hadn't received anything. He said that they'd definitely sent and so I sent him a message on fb to see whether there was something wrong with my messages, it told me it was sent but he said he didn't get anything. So I sent a message to a different friend to check whether it was me, and she received it and replied instantly. So something is wrong with just my chat to him, and he's sent messages to others and they've received it. What's going on and what can we do?

Did he/you block the other at one point? Check that first, if not, delete him, then add him again. That fixed mine the last time. Plus you always have the help section on facebook. Cheers!

Hmmm sorry, Cate. Have you once spam your boyfriend message. If you have then all his messages are going to be channelled to spam messages. You can check from there too.

Yeah, check that "Other" Folder to see what's in there . . .
