Go top right corner and see account click on it and in the setting somewhere it lets you deactivate your account

i think you can go yo the account seeting or privacy setting and click deactivate your account. at the homepage of your facebook.

You click on Account link at the top right hand corner and go down and click on settings, and at the bottom it says "Deactivate Account" and on the same line it had the deactivate button in blue, click on it and follow the prompts.

Hi Saras, i dont wish to sound like i am condemning other people's opinions, but what they are telling u is how to "temporarily deactivate" ur account, if i understand u correctly, u wanna delete it permanently right? I am still lookin for how to "permanently" delete mine too. Will let u knw wen i figure it out.
