How does one go about becoming a social media specialist. Is it a growing or declining field.. what are the skills that are essential to have in this career. Thanks!

Hi, I am a Social Media Specialist and I see this to be a growing career field, already I receive google alerts with 6 jobs per day ranging from $55,0000 in income above, I believe there is no formal training, and I have put together a program that will allow a certificate in Social Media Specialist. This will give candidates a step ahead of others.. I believe that the skills are beyond the title, skillsets like wordpress, blogging, market analysis, strategy sessions, adds, creative, being able to use photoshop, creating images etc are just a few not to mention, customer service, understanding what each of the social media platforms offer.. my program will be available in about 3 weeks and I will be offering all this plus for those that are interested in creating a business, a wordpress site, blogging tools, my swipe files for my workshops and their own mobile application to promote their business..
