Why can't I follow her on instagram?
I talked to her and she gave me her instagram it's on private and it says in my notifications she follows me but when I went to her account it says requested and I can't see any of her pictures what happened?

it means she has to accept her request, it doesnt mean soemthing is wrong with ur instgram. shell just prees "accept" then u can see her pics

Agreed with Aubie, users can set it that way for more privacy. So all she has to do is accept it, kinda like a facebook account.
