is it illegal to copy someones facebook page?

what if i copied someones facebook page, set the appearance name to the persons name, but for the actual name, put my name, put my actual email in, and in the "comments" section on your wall, put that this is (me) and not (the person whos page i copied)? or would that still count as identify theft or fraud or whatever they can charge you with?
i never said i was going to copy their picture, if their wasnt a picture, would it still be illegal?

It's definitely illegal and people get sued for this all the time. If you copied their photos, it's copyright infringement. If you are posting anything untrue about the person that is libel and defamation. You cannot use any photos you do not have the rights to on your Facebook page. Using anyone else's photos is illegal if you do not have their express consent
