Instagram users answer this plz?

Okay so for the past two days I've been following and unfollowing users on instagram, some followed me back and kept following me, and some unfollowed me, and so I unfollowed them back using the instafollow app on my android phone, but when ever I try to log in to any of the apps of tracking your followers it says it's forbidden, can't login, or make sure you got the correct username and password, do you know how can I fix this?
And how can I contact instagram?
