No news feed after creating new facebook account?

No news feed after creating new facebook account?
So I just deactivated my old facebook account to create a new one and I've been using this new one for like two to three weeks and I don't have a news feed?!?!?!?
Also is there anyway to transfer all my friends from my old account to my new one without having to do it one by one manually?

you might be having problems because facebook doesnt want you making a new account, and they can detect it

and because of that, there is no way to move your friends to a new account because you arent supposed to have more than one account in the first place

eventually facebook will lock your new account
