Do you think he likes me back?

There's this guy at school (I'm in high school), and we flirt a lot. One time, he whispered something to one of his friends then asks me "Right?" as if I heard what he said; then he tells me to just say yes.. So I said yes, and he goes "You're my prom date now, you said yes." and one time, at a party, he was extremely flirtatious with me. He carried me, kissed me near my lips, wrapped his arms around me, put his hand on my back and thigh, and borrowed me his hoodie. Then in another party, he lifted me up and laid me down on the bed because I was a bit tipsy. Then he laid down on me playfully, and put his hands on my lower back touching my skin, and slept with me.. Not in a different way, like literally slept with me. Sleeping.. That's all, hahaha. Anyway, he also flirts with a lot of girls in front of me though. So I'm not 100% sure if he likes me or not, but what are some ways I can make him like me for sure? He also likes to tease me a lot, and it sometimes can be really mean. One time, I said "I like everyone." after someone asked me if I still liked this other guy, and my crush said "Especially me!" in a jokingly way, and I jokingly answered back "Ew." and he just started being mean to me. The meanest thing he's said to me was after his best friend was making moves on me, specifically to hold my hand. As a joke, of course. Then my crush almost hit me on the chest, and I was like "Woah, you almost hit my chest." and he said, "You say chest because you have no boobs." and I pretended like it didn't affect me, but it did and still does. But he said it was a joke, and I guess I should forget about it. Also, he never likes my Facebook pictures.. I know it's one of the signs that a guy likes you but he never does. Do you think he might like me back or am I just taking everything seriously?

He seems to kind of be a player. If he flirts with everyone he's probably just a flirt. But I can't be too sure, ask him. start to talk to him more. Good luck

Here's the answer you don't want to hear, that you'll probably downvote, but that you really need to do:

Honestly from what you've said it would make an interesting plot in a romance novel, but that's because romance novels are overly complicated and focus on details that are not normal to focus on. At the end of the day what you're saying sounds like you're looking too damned deep for an answer that you'll never find.

At the end of the day, men are simple creatures with very simple mindsets and very simple motivations (and no, that's not meant in a sexist way, I mean in the manners of which they process stuff, which is scientifically accurate). If he doesn't like a Facebook picture of you, it's probably because it hasn't crossed his mind to click the damned like button. News flash my dear, the world does not end when someone doesn't like your Facebook profile.

Just get some courage and ask him, talk to him, get him to be serious and not jokey. That's the only way you'll get an answer.
