Cant change my Instagram password help?

When I try to log in to my instagram account, it says to secure your account change your password. So I clicked forgot password and apparently an email was sent to me but i looked in my inbox, spam and jumk and there's nothing. Also I forgot the password to my email associated with my instagram, so I changed it and got back in. What do I do?

I've had this happen in the past, very very rarely did it happen. I clicked forgot password, they said I was sent an e-mail and I never got it, until I contacted them about it, and then the e-mail was finally sent.

If you have a secondary e-mail address, one with Yahoo and one with Google for instance, use your other e-mail address for your instagram instead.
