How can I get my hair like this?

it says to braid it, straighten them, and then spray them with hair spray, but that didn't work for me. does anyone know any other ways?

Try braiding it, straightening it, then spray some hairspray on BEFORE you let them loose. Spray a little more hairspray after that if it's not strong enough. Not sure if it would work, but just an idea.

Shave it off and wear a wig

I usally use a wand and hairspray and my hair turns out just like that. This is how I learned, down below . Hope that helps!
