what does the phrase "dat hair doe" mean?

i see phrases like this a lot on instagram and snapchat, "dat face doe" dat shirt doe" what does the phrase mean? is it good or bad?

it can be both... you just have to judge by yourself, if you think that the person is pretty then "dat face doe" is possitive, maybe you think shes pretty and they dont but I think you can figure it out

I suppose it could be either, but it's usually negative. "dat face doe" is equivalent to saying somebody is a "butterface". Most of the time, at least...

It is urban slang for "that hair though". It just means that they like that person's hair or just simply making a comment about it. Good or bad, depends on context. Dat hair doe might mean her hair looks good, or maybe it looks crazy and they were bringing attention to it.
