What would be the best tampon for me? READ BELOW!?

Okay, I have asked my mom about using tampons, she said yes. But I have to find a tampon that's right for me. I don't like going out (social anxiety) so I don't. I am a virgin and have never used a tampon. I'd say I have a medium-heavy flow. Can anyone suggest any tampons that you can get in the u.k? Preferably ones from Tampax?

I'm a virgin and I use tampons when I go swimming or do exercise such as jogging.
They're hard to get used to but you soon do get used to them and when you do it's really good! You forget you're on you're period almost, you don't have this feeling that you're getting messy or sat on a wet pad!

I use applicator tampons as I am a virgin and they're really easy to use! I'd suggest getting your mum (if you can't go out) to go the the store where you'd get the from and look at the tampax tampons and just find a pack that are applicator tampons which are suitable for your flow!
They do something called something like tampax mini and they're great for when you first start using tampons because they're really small! Good for when you're a virgin too!
