How do I stop my phone storing things in the internal memory instead of the SD card?
I recently bought a new memory card for my phone it's an 8GB card, but my phone keeps saying memory full. It keeps storing things in the internal memory and I don't know why. I have barely any apps, and hardly any pictures. 8GB should be more than enough. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Mini.

With most smartphones, the location in which data is stored (internal memory or SD card) can be changed from the settings. I do not own a Samsung Galaxy Mini, so therefore I am unable to give you specific directions, but browsing through all of the settings would be a wise place to begin. You could also read the manual that you should have received upon purchasing your phone. If you do not have the manual, you can search for the manual online by entering "Samsung Galaxy Mini Online Manual" on Google. If you are still unsure about your memory settings on your phone, you could ask Samsung by going on their website and either sending them an e-mail, looking through their customer service page, or browsing through online help forums.

Hope this helps.

1- Open you camera, as you will take a picture.

2- Choose the option called ’Settings’.

3- Select the ’General Settings’.

4- In the bottom, you will find the ’Storage’.

5- Choose the option ’Memory Card’ as the default files storage.

6- A message will be appear to confirm, Press ’OK’.

galaxy mini, galaxy s3 mini or s4 mini?
please provide the right one so I can answers it properly!
1. open setting, application, manage application, choose any app which uses internet such as browser, playstore, facebook, etc then clear their "CACHE". it'll free up some internal space.
2. move any third party app to SD card(some apps are movable but some don't unless u root ur phone, make partition of SD card, install a2sd script, then it'll even add more capacity of ur internal space than the default one. some even said that it can increase internal memory to whatever u want using the script)
