I am having Facebook issues. Please help...?

I have Facebook chat open, and every time I send my friend a message, while they are online it appears hours later.

I have a friend who is online, and I sent him a message and it still wouldn't appear from 20 minutes ago, and it will appear 3 hours later, like the rest.

How do I fix this? Is it with me or the site itself?

You Cant Fix it its Not you its the Site it Self Facebook Will have To Correct the Problem you Can Let them Know About the Problem By Contacting Facebook at the Help Center
