How do I create one of those annoying Facebook fan pages that invite all your contacts unwillingly?

You know those pages that are like "Like this to see a video of a monkey playing xbox" or something. I know they're annoying but I think it would actually be a good way of raising awareness.

Does anyone know how to do this or know a good website that explains how to do this?
