if i blocked somebody who's following on instagram and i unblock them do they automatically follow me?

I accepted a person that I don't want to follow me then this person became 1 of my followers on instagram but then I blocked this person so this person doesn't follow me anymore right? my question is if I unblock this person does this person automatically go back to following me again or do they have to request? by the way my instagram is private.

Firstly - blocking does not really work unless a person uses the same ID. I use many accounts - @ yahoo, @ gmail, @ toothfairy or live.com to reach them. To +unblock" them you are just saying they can use that name again. You cannot stop anybody from contacting you on the internet.

If you block someone on Instagram, they automatically unfollow you and are unable to access your pictures. However, if you unblock them, and they try to access your photos on a non-private account they may do so, but they must manually tap the follow button in order to follow you again. So since you are on private, in order to follow you, they will have to request your permission again.
