Why isnt my instagram working? ?
I know large sites like Instagram or Netflix went down last night due to a storm, but it was said to only effect people I'm Virginia or D.C. I live on the west coast located in Los Angeles and my Instagram hasn't been working for a little over 12 hours. Who can tell me how to fix this?
