how can i remove one of my unkown friend from my friend list in facebook?

Go on to their page, and it should be on the bottom left corner. The side where their picture is located. Scroll down. You'll see "remove from friends" or something like that.

Go onto their profile, scroll down till you see under their left hand column and there should be a link that says remove from friends. Click on that link then select remove from friends. hope this helped!

First of all, go to your Profile page. Then, on the left hand side of the page (down near the bottom of the page) you will have the option to remove/delete from friends as well as blocking them. Just click on that and it will direct you to the proper page. If you just want to remove the friend, then all you have to do is click on remove friend. If you want to block someone so they can not see you online or your profile them you can block them which automatically deletes them as a friend..
