my facebook app wont work on my ipod wat should i do?

i click on the app and it goes to the blue screen that says facebook then i just automaticly goes back to the home page on my ipod
i already did that twice

Delete the app then re-upload it

use your computer instead

1) Update to latest operating system
2) Delete all running programs running in-memory on your device (double click on button, then when the line of icons appears at bottom of screen hold your finger on one until it wobbles and the red "delete" icon appears, delete all the icons in the line) - if you have never done this, there will be many programs in memory
3) Turn off and on
