Pandora - yes
iBooks - no

Many app developers make apps for both types of phones, particularly the most popular apps (FB, Twitter, etc) but Apple (understandably) does not make versions of its apps for Android phones.

Course not. iPhone apps can't work on Android devices.

Pandora isn't an Apple app, just an app made to run on their devices. There is an Android version of it as well. iBooks is Apple exclusive.
