Ideas on activities to do when you're bored?

I'm 13, and I have a very uneventful life, I never do anything, do you have some Ideas? I have nothing to do walking distance from my house. My friends are always really busy and can't hang out. My parents are at work to take me places. I've tried reading but it's kinda just not my thing, I pretty much spend all day on my phone, I hate doing that but I don't have any other option to keep myself entertained. I hate watching tv, I've tried that too. So yeah, do you have ideas of what I can do at home to keep myself entertained? Thanks!

well...that's sad indeed...but..
the phone can be an addictive thing if used properly
(trust me i know)...download an online chess app if you like playing chess....
and if you really like brainy stuff try doing a crossword....

also there are many funny videos on YouTube...check 'em out...
Google videos on how to make movie props if you like....i do it...and frankly its fun ^_^

try watching anime... now that's really addictive

try playing a few Facebook games if you can.....
