There is a very slim chance that she actually has a facebook account. However, fan pages are quite common among celebrities because it allows them to keep in touch with fans without getting on a 'personal' level with them. Whenever I want to become a fan of an actor or musician, I just become a fan of the one with the most fans. It sounds like a bad way to do this, but a page with 20,000 people is bound to be more realistic than the one with 26.
