can't do this from yahoo but login to facebook go to privacy settings and find the option to deactivate your facebook account.

you Cant Do This In yahoo you can only deactivate it from facebook to do this on facebook go to account settings than hit deactivate

You can't deactivate your facebook profile through yahoo. The only solution is, "login to your fb profile and go to setting=> account setting and disable your fb account". One more thing....you can again restore your fb account at any time and you will get your all contacts and friends back.
