Facebook Welcome Page doesn't go away, how to remove it?

Hello, I had facebook for over a year now and I still have this annoying Welcome page and Find Friends. Could someone please tell me how to remove it? I tried with filling all the information, but it is still there.

I think you just open and close your Facebook account. It will automatically remove after they know that you can use Facebook well. If you are using facebook well, then file a report to facebook.
