My friend lies and talks about me?

My "best friend" acts normal and like we are best friends when I'm around and doesn't say anything negative but our other best friend says she talks about me a lot and I called her while she was on the other phone with my "best friend" and she was saying all of these things about me. All of the things she says end up being lies. For example, she said her dad was in the hospital all summer... I saw selfies of her, her dad, her mom, and our other best friend at orange beaching Facebook. This went on for a week. It
was something different every week. Her other best friend has really been a true friend to me the whole time. I'm starting to think they both don't like me because our other best friend sides with her and goes to her house every weekend... I'm not sure if I should trust either one of them.
