Muslim men, do you agree with ....?
......GIRL EFFECT?

Imagine Girl Effect and Africa.
Imagine Girl Effect and Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, etc.
Imagine Girl Effect and the world.

BILLIONAIRE Bill Gate believes that with Girl Effect spreading globally, there will be almost no poor countries in the world by year 2038.

Read up what Girl Effect means and its impact on communities, countries, world, etc.

Extract from link above: "Girls are a smart investment to accelerate change. This isn’t a social issue; it’s smart economics. According to a 2012 report released by the World Bank:
India loses $383 billion in potential lifetime income due to 4 million adolescent girls who become mothers each year.
If girls in Kenya completed high school, the economy would gain $27 billion over their lifetime.
In Nigeria, if women had the same employment rate as young men, the country would add $13.9 billion to its economy annually. "

Extract: "THE COST OF EXCLUDING GIRLS IS HIGH
In India, adolescent pregnancy results in nearly $10billion in lost potential income. In Uganda, 85 per cent of girls leave school early, resulting in $10billion in lost potential earnings. By delaying child marriage and early birth for one million girls, Bangladesh could potentially add $69billion to the national income over these girls' lifetimes."

@Abdulmalik, you are deluded. Girl Effect already exists in some Islamic communities.
@Mind&Heart, they are YOUR WORDS.
@Abdulmalik, begorrah, you need Girl Effect for some self-improvement.
@Mind&heart, my mother raised NINE of us, took care of home, cooked us dinner and RAN A BUSINESS at same time. That is multitasking, wouldn't you think?

Have you ever heard this argument:

"If women gave up working and returned home raising their children well, and taking care of their home, there wont be any unemployment and poor working conditions (like salary and others) as there wont be surplus labor."

this is just an argument I heard. What do you think?

****************

No, this was an argument of one of my friends. He was telling me this a few times. I know it is impossible to achieve especially in this age where women see it a burden to do housework or taking care of children but rather want to leave house.

I find this argument partially correct.
.............

" multitasking"

Congrats to your mum.

But why burden her with business as well. Let men work and women engage in social activities in their free time rather than imposing the idea that a woman not working lacks something?

Hi I agree with girl effect but I also think its important we teach these people about sex education and contraception's and give out free condoms and pills too don't you think?

@Mind and heart...what if a women/girl doesn't get married? she cant just sit at home and do nothing with her life and wait to marry then live off her husband that is just so......you know. And anyways what if she marries but her husband doesn't earn enough or he dies? then she would have to go out and make a living.

And I don't see what's wrong with multitasking...it's life you have to do it I need to too and I ain't even married or have kids yet. I go University, work, cook, clean, look after my younger siblings, exercise, do voluntary work and socialize too. If I can do all this then other women can too as well as mothers.

Plus it wouldn't be a burden the husband should help out with the housework and taking care of the kids too anyways. Everything should be 50/50 it makes life easier and makes it fair. Plus to some women getting a career especially one they enjoy isn't a burden don't u realize some women WANT to work and make there own living and enjoy the job they do?

@Asker non of these guys here are going to give you a good or positive answer so you might as well give me Best Answer =)
