Can I still use Wifi on my phone if it's disconnected?
I have an HTC smartphone and AT&T is my provider. My phone will be disconnected but I have WiFi at my house so will I still be able to use Facebook or the internet on my phone?

Yes ... you can do everything except make phone calls. You can even do that though with calling apps on wifi. Even GPS works if you have onboard maps..
