What is a career in mainstream social media journalism? Is this career dying? I aspire to become either a mainstream social media journalist or a primary school teacher. I heard that both careers are very competitive and there arent as many jobs available for people who aspire to be either a Journalist or a teacher. In canada Ontario there is a huge surplus of teachers. I heard that jobs in journalism aren't usually unionized or have job security, as oppose to teaching jobs. Which career do you think has better prospects, and more likely to get a job in?
