Would you ask out a girl that doesn't show much interest?

It happens every now and then that I like a girl, but she doesn't show any clear signs of interest. e.g. a girl that started a conversation with me by introducing herself and shaking hands (in a bar) and after a very short conversation, she added me on facebook the next day (without even knowing my last name), which I found surprising. But after that she doesn't show any sign of interest when I see her around.

Seriously if u want to talk and meet with her at least attempt to show some real interest in her and then she will show u same in most cases so go get her OK ♥
