Social Media/Community Manager Question?
Anyone worked in Social Media? I hope you can answer me this

As a Social Media/Community Manager, what would be

1. My questions directed to the client (eg. like Audi or Honda) when I sit with them
2. My marketing scope/plan to be executed


Reason Im asking is im offered the job and previously my line of work was around branding, copywriting and research. I am very tech savvy too

basically as a social media manager you ought to understand:
* The Client's target group and the exact message you want delivered.
* Why it is important to the company.
your marketing plan should contain.
* the key words from your discussion,
* the desired content and its relevance to the target customers,
* the social media channels you intend to use and how to increase traffic to these pages.
These are the services offered by SEO companies.
This should help you begin your new job.
