Facebook wants me to join the army?
Ever since I turned 16 I have seen more advertisements on Facebook for jobs in the Australian army.
Is it because of my age?

The advertisements are linked up to interests and search history so they gear their advertisements to you. I'm going to school and a Marine wife. I get advertisements for MyCAA and and baby stuff. Creepy how it works huh?!

That's funny, Facebook wants me to hook up with military chicks/chicks who want to hook up with military guys (blech..) And why yes, there's websites for both!

Also, they offer tons of jobs for enlisted (I'm an officer) and colleges where I can get my bachelor's (have one, kthxbye).

It's called "demographic advertising"
