Facebook Question - notifications.?

When I get a wall post or poked or anything on facebook, i never get a notification. however, i get all these spam notifications such as " BLAH answered a question about you BLAH...." It notifies my on my email, rather than on my actual facebook.

is there any way i can make it informs when i get a wall post or anything else?

Go to the notification tab, which is right nest to the online friends. Then click see all. After that on the side bar is where you can change you notification settings.
