How can I get someone banned on Facebook?

There's this guy whose been cyber-bullying me for awhile simply because I'm gay. I've reported his account already but he adds those symbol things above his name Łïkè thìś because apparently he can't get banned that way. he's recently gotten two people to message me and call me a fag (Who I've both blocked) but Facebook won't ban him. Is there some way I can get him banned? How many reports does it take?

if you want banned someone from facebook then you make a post including your target id,and tell every one to report it.............truly it works
